What's shipped, what's next.

Signing up with Google now takes one screen. Your name comes from your Google account, and you can add your business name, pick English or Español, and add your phone number all in one place, then confirm it with a texted code. If you leave halfway, you pick up right where you stopped the next time you sign in. You can change any of it later in Settings.

New progress bills on a signed job now show the contract your client signed, plus approved change orders, even if the estimate was edited afterwards. Clearing a job's actual total cost now reopens the job everywhere, including Accounting and Analytics, unless its final bill is already paid in full. A receipt or payment dated more than a year before the job now gets a warning instead of being refused: check the year, or save again to keep it.

Itemized estimate PDFs now show a Subtotal above Tax and Total when the estimate has tax. In most templates, the total no longer starts a new page on its own: it stays with the last lines of the table, in the preview and in the downloaded PDF. The Lump Sum and Formal Proposal templates now label your assumptions as "Assumptions" instead of "What's Included", and an estimate with no client details no longer prints an empty "Prepared for" heading. The page number in the preview now follows your scrolling.

Setting up a business account now asks for your business name, so it's on your estimates and client links from day one. While you fill in the form, a mistyped email, a short password or an incomplete phone number or ZIP code is pointed out right under that field. The sign-up pages also have a link back to our home page and an English/Español switch on every screen size.

Pick a plan and billing period on our pricing page and, when it's time to choose after your free trial, the Subscription page opens on that same plan. Already signed in? The website now takes you straight back to your dashboard.

Your client's progress page now shows what they've paid so far next to what's been billed, and lists their deposit in the billing history with each bill marked paid or with what's left. Progress photos also show up in your progress bill PDFs.

Type a client's email as "gmial.com" or "yaho.com" and Estimancer asks "Did you mean gmail.com?" right under the box, when you add or edit a client and when you send an estimate. One tap fixes it, so your estimate doesn't go to an address that doesn't exist.

On your phone, tap Actions on any estimate and choose Ask Otis. Otis opens already looking at that estimate, with questions like "What did I forget to include?" ready to tap.

Line item tables now work more like Excel. Press Enter to save a box and move down, Shift+Enter to move up, and the up and down arrows to move between rows. Press Esc to cancel what you just typed in a box. Copy rows from Excel or Google Sheets and paste them into an estimate or an Extracted Plan to fill in many lines at once (one Undo puts it all back). In the Cost Book, pasted rows open Import so you can check them before they're added. Press ? anywhere in the app to see every shortcut.

If an estimate fails to generate, you can now fix the job description and try again right there, with your photos still attached. On any finished estimate, View Original Input can start a new estimate with the same description already filled in, so you never have to retype a job.

Your app's language no longer changes how an estimate is priced. Every estimate is priced the same way, and if you use Estimancer in Spanish, its words are translated into Spanish once it's ready. A new English / Español switch at the top of every estimate shows that same estimate in the other language, with the same line items and prices, and the PDF you make from it comes out in that language too. You can send it to your client in either language: their link, their PDF and the page they sign on all show it the way you sent it.

When Estimancer is set to Español, line item units now show in Spanish on screen and on the PDF (c/u, global, h, pie² instead of ea, ls, hr, sqft), and new estimates write measurements and trade terms in Spanish too. When you start an estimate from a client whose address has a ZIP code, that ZIP is filled in for you, so the job is priced for where the work is.

When you save settings, your business profile or a client, add a job to the calendar, or send a team invite, a confirmation now pops up with a countdown bar and a close button. Hover over it to keep it on screen.

Send an estimate to up to 30 people in a group at once. Take someone out of a group and they stop getting follow-up emails. Search finds a group by any of its people, and your data export now lists everyone in each group.

Click the + on the left of any line item and choose "Cost code line" to start a new cost code section right there. Type part of a code or a name ("140", "door") to find it in the built-in list of 87 CSI codes. If a code you use isn't there, add it in one step and your whole team can pick it next time. Fix a section's code with the pencil on its header, and manage your company's own codes in Settings → Cost Codes. The Cost Book uses the same search.

Send one estimate to more than one person, like both homeowners or a property manager and an owner. Group clients that belong together so you can pick them all at once.

A cleaner, easier-to-read design across the site and app: new colors and fonts, better contrast, smoother loading and clearer keyboard focus.

Switch the whole app between English and Spanish from the language toggle.

A new Source column on the estimate shows whether each price came from your Cost Book, was typed in by you, was found by a web search, or is the AI's own estimate.

Save the supply houses you buy from, found with a map search or picked from a list of common ones. The AI checks them for live pricing when it builds your estimates.

Download a copy of your account data from your account settings whenever you want, or grab every estimate as a single spreadsheet for your bookkeeper. Your data is yours.

Track change orders, crew, job photos and receipts in one place, and send progress bills. Your client gets a live link to follow along.

Add your own columns to line items (including hours or days of labor), hide the ones you don't use, and drag them into the order you want. AI can fill a new column in for you.

Upload a set of PDF plans and Estimancer reads off the materials and quantities it finds, with a confidence score on every item. Each extraction is saved to a library you can edit and reuse.

A month and week calendar for scheduling jobs, so you can see what's booked and where your crew needs to be.

Send estimate emails straight from Estimancer, see whether a client opened or replied, and let AI write your first email and follow-ups. Follow-ups go out on a schedule you set and stop once the client accepts or declines, or you mark that they replied.

A confidence score on every estimate, so you can see at a glance which line items are backed by solid pricing history and which are rougher guesses worth double-checking before you send.

Estimancer now remembers the materials and labor rates you actually use, building a searchable Cost Book over time. Import your own price list via CSV, and get pricing insights pulled from your own job history instead of generic averages.

Sent estimates now go out through an editable email template, with automatic follow-up reminders if a client hasn't responded. Replies go straight to you, not Estimancer.

Open estimates now have dedicated Materials, Labor, and Upsells tabs alongside the full estimate view. Edit a line in any tab and it updates everywhere instantly, including the grand total. Suggested upsells stay out of the total until you accept them, then they flow into every view automatically.
